1 General Provisions and Definitions

The key terms used in these Terms are defined as follows:

3 Account Security and Verification

You are responsible for keeping your account login credentials — username and password — completely confidential. 50ok will never ask you directly for your password. If you suspect that a third party has accessed your account, please notify our support team immediately.

3.1 Identity Verification (KYC)

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests from successfully verified accounts are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.

4.3 Transaction Failures

If a transaction fails due to a technical error, network issue, or payment gateway problem, please contact the support team with a screenshot of the transaction. 50ok will investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will add ৳1,500 in bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500. Or, depositing ৳28,000 will give the maximum bonus of ৳20,000, for a total of ৳48,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw bonus funds, you must wager 15 times the bonus amount — on the bonus only, not the deposit and bonus combined. Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 15 = ৳22,500 must be wagered before withdrawal.

5.3 General Bonus Usage Rules

• The bonus can only be claimed once per account.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met.
• If multiple accounts from the same household or device claim a bonus, the bonus on both accounts will be cancelled.
• 50ok reserves the right to modify or withdraw bonus offers at any time.
• Promotional offers may not be combined with each other — please refer to the terms of the specific offer.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 General Gaming Policy

All games offered on 50ok are operated in accordance with fair play principles. Each game has its own rules, which are available in the game interface. It is the user's responsibility to read the rules of the relevant game before starting to play.

6.2 Validity of Bets

If the outcome of a bet is incorrectly determined due to a technical error, 50ok reserves the right to void or correct that bet. If a game session is interrupted due to a network disconnection, 50ok will make every effort to resolve the issue.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 50ok:

• Using gambling as a means of money laundering.
• Using bots, automation software, or artificial intelligence to operate the service.
• Creating multiple accounts to dishonestly claim bonuses or promotional offers.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities of the platform.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Communicating disrespectfully with the support team, including threats, harassment, or offensive behavior.
• Conducting transactions using a third party's payment account.

If a user is found to be involved in any of the above prohibited activities, 50ok may suspend or permanently close the account and forfeit the associated funds.

8 Account Closure and Suspension

8.1 Closure by 50ok

50ok reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice due to a breach of terms, fraudulent activity, or security concerns. In such cases, legitimate funds will be returned to the user, however funds related to bonuses or fraud may be forfeited.

8.2 Closure by User

You may close your account at any time by notifying the support team. Any pending bets or withdrawals should be settled before requesting account closure.

8.3 Self-Exclusion
